swedish authorities arrested him, and the man himself reported to authorities that i am experimenting with radioactive materials will it be safe then only police arrested him you cant say no body cares.more so swedish authorities were not involved in any clandestine stealing of radioactive materials, that is why no body is blaming , even pakistan is importing such material for medical cancer treatment ,their is no hue and cry even if it is a muslim country your assumption is not right that whole world is against muslims .Any body with genuine purpose and proper credentials can purchase cobalt, poloniam for research work in physics and medical laboratory. These are mostly used in cancer hospitals , with proper knowledge of physics such materials can be used to make atom bomb , if you need search internet . but you can not purchase nuclear reactors that can be bought by illegal means only , if you try then you will face the consequences whether you are hindu muslim sikh isaaih aapas me hai bhaai bhaai , they will go to jail .as happend in past in some countries.

Nobody from Germany was involved, save for the selling and transporting of nuclear material to Sweden with no checks and balances.

That is great job of check and balance, great security checks conducted by "1st world" country where all is well. The guy bought material via internet and was shipped to Sweden, I mean can it be any more easier? I am sure if this had happened in Pakistan we would have 1000 F-16s, 100 drones flying the airspace of Pakistan and 100 war ships by the sea-side, US commandos dropping on all nuclear sites by helicopters.
