The people who made that site are pretty ignorant, they say "the F-16 jets which Pakistan has already paid for"
The USA has already returned to Pakistan the full value of the F-16s pakistan paid for. They are shooting their own petition in the foot by not even getting the facts right.
The F-16s that pakistan is trying to get right now are as an additional arms sale. Pakistan will be paying the full value for each jet, it's not a case of getting what we already paid for.
