Pardon my lack of knowledge about UK’s laws but why did the judge asked for ‘unanimous’ verdict to start with? and why now he has allowed 10-2 verdict? why it cant be simple majority verdict (5-7) ?

Yeah I thought of the same thing last Friday. A judge should have better judgement than that for crying out loud
