My brother owns a small shop/cum small office in Rawlpindi Pakistan. He is not doing much business and always ends up with loosing money.
I would like to help him in business , but I dont want to send money to him to invest, but rather help him by offering products , for which he can book orders and get commission.
There are many businesses who are importers or are called INDENTORS. They offer products from all over the world and they book orders and import for the buyers..in Pakistan
I was interested to hear some feedback from business savy people , who may have ideas how I may be able to help setup my brother in this type of business .
is it a product issue or a process issue?
i.e. does he have the right skills, aptitude, attitude to run the business the way it should be.

if he does not have teh righ skills or discipline or ability or knowledge, then u have to address it, things can be taught, habits and behavior can be modified but only with his full participation and that can only happen if he is able to see and agree with what the issue is.
coach him, and hopefully he is coachable i.e. he will not take it personally.
u have to approach is with an approach you just want to help and to try and figure out what can improve, without fingr pointing. sometimes haveing a third party, some mentor may help more because a mentor sayoing something is less embarassing than a brother saying it for some people
