i need to help out my dad in his business since its about that time and he needs to relax more..problem being that he is in pak and i am in usa working full time..the current business would probably sell for around atleast $700k..but i need ideas on how or where to invest it..i will need to setup something in pak from that amount so he can stay busy with not a lot of input..and the rest could probably be invested here in the u.s.
i thought about kfc/mcdonalds in rwp/isl but i heard that they have both kfc/mac in isl and rwp…so dunoo how useful its going to be having additional ones..besides it requires a lot of management toooooooo sooo :–/
any ideas ??? any other sources to find good ideas …

Well there is always a niche in market so ya cant say that they have enough fast food places in rwp/isb . Just do PESTEL and SWOT analysis before starting anything as they might be very help in this regard.
Plus I havnt seen a Burger king outlet in Pakistan , here ya go :P

yes you right try to get mcdonald or kfc franchise in isb/rwp but there is already macdonald in islambad and rawalpindi, but you always have chances to open another one because pak public love to eat american junk food.
food is the kind of thing peoples have to eat it.
