In my case , Its Sir Alan Sugar.I really do follow the guy and love his business style. He is extremely down to earth in real life, a totally self made man, excellent business skill and a great sense of humour and the fact that he remained loyal to his wife 
The only thing I dont like about him is his super rude comments sometimes in the show “The Apprentice” but that could be scripted coz in his real life deals I havnt seen him go all rude on people !

I've recently enjoyed watching Arlene Dickinson on Dragon's Den.
Let to me picking up her book.
She may not be hugely famous but I appreciate her business acumen and her down-to-earth style.

Not sure if I idealize or idolize anyone. But I respect Jack Bogle, the father of low cost Index funds.
In an industry which thrives on sucking the little guy dry, Bogle emphasized the importance of mutual funds fulfilling their fiduciary responsibility to the small investor. He has consistently pointed out 80 pct of active fund managers don't beat index funds before fees. And fall further behind after fees taken into account.
He preaches low cost low turnover index funds, asset allocation dollar cost averaging and periodic rebalancing.
Simple yet powerful approach for the long term investor.
