Let me see…this is a drop in the bucket. Do you know the property value and related conversion to residential that will yield $$ to the realestate market in the NYC? Siht the medium term impact will be enough to get the returns back in 5 yrs. People always come to NY. The reason the propety values don’t drop in Manhattan is because this is it. We will get residents who pay taxes, don;t rape their maids and further more imagine the parking spots that will open up.
$4M a month? that is how much 3 buildings colect in rent on 1st and 54th.
