Only the American's are claiming that. The Shia's of Iraq always blame the American's not the Sunni's when they murderous atrocties are committed against them. Now wonder the American's go around closing down Shia-owned newspapers that dare print the truth.

Yes, that's exactly what the rest of the world say about a lot of American's.
The idea of Shia and Sunni's uniting really upsets the American's, who would rather instigate conflict between the two to use as an excuse to remain Iraq. No wonder the Shia's are actually blaming the American's for the atrocities committed against them, not others.
