STFU. Just because you donated a few pennies dont make you spokesperson. I have someone living here who fled from NO in his CAR just before the storm hit. Nagin did order a mandatory evacuation order for almost half-a-million people who live in NOLA. But everyone was asked to fend for himself. 30% of NOLA live below poverty line, and they decided to ride it out. Either post a link or pics of bus services or pull your head out of your ass, turdmuffin.
