PCG did you know that a day before the storm struck, most of the buses used for public transportation were sent to pick these “poor balck folks” up and transfer them to other cities/states. This after Mayor ordered everyone to evacuate. You know what ? These “poor black people” refused to leave…they wanted to ride it out. Its bad, but enjoy the ride now.
