I don;t care if they are black or white (tee hee Michael Jackson circa 1987) but if a community needs greater attention because of impending doom, you don’t wash your hands with it and say, oh nothing could have been done, when something could have been done. This is Un-American. This is what happened in NO. This happened with a president doing a fly by. This happened with not special attention given immediately to areas where the citizens of the city needed a little more help than others. that is the tragedy.
