Dontmake anything out of Sachin record against bangladesh becoz he has played only ne Test against them and Statistics are only meaningfull if data is collected over a period of time.

Now What I was trying to proof here is that Question on other threadsaid that Sachin cannot play Class bowlers. If someone wana compare batsmen then look at there records against the class team that all of them played.SO this excludes India and Paksitan since Paki cannot play against paki attack and same for india.

Now that leaves us to compare records againt SA,AUS,ENGLAND and Sri Lankans.

And if you look of sachin against these teams.Becouse if Sachin cant then no one can play class bowlers. And that is the point I tried to prove here.I am not trying to compare his record against individual players.

Talking about Jeved against SA.Well he never played against SA in Test matches I think.

Sachin against australia, a good bowling attack, averaging 54, but then Saeed has 59... Does that mean Saeed is better?
**

No..It means both Are very good.!!!!

Those who make these kinda allegation against Sachin dont understand cricket !!!!

anyway i am not into mud-slinging specially if it comes ot class players which all Javed,Inzimam and Saeed are.But I expect others to behave same way !!!!

Well I for one wont criticize Tendulkar, becoz his record is impressive... But your stats here dont prove much, I mean he might have had a good average against lets say the Windies, but maybe it was against the mediocre bowlers... The only way to analyze this would be a qualitative analysis based on his performance against the top bowlers of the world... I dont think that would be easy...

The Game - Can you give us an example of one player who has won a match for his team just by his performance ??

The Game Responds:

*Brian Lara in his knock of 153* against Australia in a test match two or three years ago. The Game never said that he chased all 300 runs, but he made a major contribution in helping his team win the match in a very *difficult* situation(A term which Tendulkar apparently fears). **Think About It**. Really. People, That Is All.*

Whatchya gonna do,brutha, when the ARTIST-mania runs wild on you?

The Game, No doubt that Lara score superb 153, but do you also remember Walsh's bowling figures in the second innings ?

Anwar -> 194

The Game Responds:

*Did The Game mention that there were a hundred runs left to chase and Lara was left with the last two batsmen in the team? Did The Game mention that it was a very *dangerous* situation? Did The Game mention that Tendulkar has never got his team out of such a *dangerous* situation(Hammering Zimbabwe all around the ground doesn't count)? **Think About It**, really. People, That Is All.*

The Game - Better check your facts - when Jimmi Adams was out (6th Wicket) WI needed 60 runs with 4 wickets in hand and although Lara did the major scoring, Ambrose hung there for a lot of time playing 82 balls scoring only 12 runs.

As for sachin smacking Zimbabwe, I knew this is what you had in mind.If you recall his 114 against Australia at Perth (1992) he was out 9th, ran out of partners.122 against England in 1996 again 9th wicket to fall, 136 against pakistan in chennai (when he was out India needed just 17 runs to win with 3 wickets in hand)

Beta it is a Team game and there are 10 others who are also supposed to score some runs (Like you know Lara didn't score entire 300 by himself). But you will not understand that.

AK

The way a team should win is to get help from all 11 players but some matches result in one player doing 95% of the job and the others just doing very little.
But we can't just look at Lara's performance because he didn't take a single wicket, so you can't say that Lara won the match for Windies.

Asif, the game has said it on many occaisions that Lara didn't win the match but he had a major role in it.
