Burrying nail & hair

Our elders used to tell us to bury the nails & hair that we cut & not to throw it away just like that.
Why do you think they said that?Whats the logic behind it?
Whats the harm in throwing it away?

i have heard tht nails should be burried n for hairs they should be thrown in flowing water

Have you people ever heard this superstition about the day of haircut (famous in England)

Best never enjoyed if Sunday shorn,
And likewise leave on Monday.
Cut Thursday and you will never grow rich,
Likewise on Saturday.
But live long if shorn on Tuesday
And best of all is Friday

@Waleed ds isnt a story.. i hv read in a book.. but frgt.. was it Bukhari shareef aut Tareekh-E-Islam.. but i read in one of these books… Abu Jaahil took sum hairs from Nabi Pak SAW’s comb n did black magic n thn Allah Pak sent Surah Falaq and Surah Naas… m surprised no one knws abt it ————————————— @muqa bhai lol

Even in my home, no nails cut after sunset and prohibited on tuesday, thursday and Saturday. Hair cuts not on monday,tuesday, thursday.

Washing hairs by women who has only one brother, permissible on any day except wednesday,thursday but have to take permission from brother everytime:bummer:
