Whats behind this trend of tinted glass vehicles? Pudah?

Is it only people here in Pakistan / India or this is common in west, etc?

No. I myself see many tinted glass vehicles on Karachi’s roads. These vehicles include Govt owned vehicles

I was watching this show other day, they were stopping cars and asking them why they have tinted glass?

They answers were
1- apko pata hai Mai Kis ka beta hoo?
2- apko pata hai yeh Kis Ki ghari hai?
3- app muje jante nahi isliye roka hai shayed

well here it is done becuse of hot sun

Some people do it here in the West too, but it's not very common. For safety reasons, most countries have a legal limit on how dark those tinted glasses can be. In Dubai that limit was 30% as far as I remember.

It is allowed in western countries too, but considering Pakistan's security condition I dont think it should be allowed as the terrorists can use it for camouflage purposes.
