what do you mean it’s mandatory while going to Umrah? it’s mandatory whenever you step out of the house. of course!** in Islam, women may wear whatever you call it but she must be in Hijaab. **

I mean there are some women who prefer covering using big dupattas, instead of wearing burqas.
