jump ropping is the best, just jump rope 15 minutes a day or more as u like on alternate days and u can see the difference .

Kickboxing is a great workout for the rear, thighs, and arms, and it high intensity, so you can see results pretty quickly.

You'll be sore for days at first though

There is nothing like 'targetted fat reduction'.. do u gain it the same way? eating more only your belly should protrude.. but ever wonder how it ends up as a double chin??

It's all genetic.. want to know where u'd gain weight? look at your mom and dad. Wish to lose some? just take in less and burn more.

i think changing ur diet is more important...
do u eat alot of sugar???
sugar is in everything...

try to find foods that are alkaline instead of acidic

look for information about the alkaline diet...its all about building ur body back to the way it was meant to be...trust me..if u serious go on this diet..u will lose any weight that u have!!!!!!!!!!...lol
sugar is a poison and it will slowly tear ur body apart

this is a problem that is affecting people both in the east and western world

in fact...i believe the Gulf states (yemen, qatar, ksa) have one of the highest obesity rates in women (due to the traditonal lifestyle)
Qatar has one of the highest diabetes rates

that was qiute an info but as Zainaba says it’s mostly due to desi lifestyle . that women gain more rapidly at thighs ..

hence when they loose they loose at all over the body which spoils their own figure
