All the problem faced by the poor ppl living in Satwa was coz of this building. Shiekh sahib climbed there and when he saw this old construction from that location. He ordered to Demolish this bad looking place. Get the people out of it and make some good villas and green parks etc etc, so the ppl who come to the this height and when they look around the dubai, they should only find good looking places.
The Idea is good.. but on cost of wat?? Poor ppl are thrown away from there and facing probs with accomodation... which is a nightmare in Dubai.
