idiotic post Laeeqkhan. you say they should have been brought to courts, when repeatedly the sticking point in negotiations with them was that they would not surrender to authorities to face trial in court.
suppose you are the head of a state, you have a few thousand armed people consistently violating the law and kidnapping people, vandalizing and intimidating legal businesses. you want to try to arrest them but they KIDNAP the police. you want to try to empty their stronghold but they are too well armed and they burn a ministry building.
now you tell me what would you do? bear in mind that they absolutely refuse several time to face the courts. would u just let them continue what they were doing? are you saying a criminal does not have to face the courts if he is well armed enough?
