Btw... MQM was not the only organized group stirring trouble Karachi. I believe the government was also involved.
Also, introducing sex-ed at the age of 10 is not a bad idea. That is when most of us start to mature and develop. Hence, delaying it to gr. 10 (when you're around 16 years of age) may not be the best time to introduce sex-ed. By that age, you have learned a lot about the maturity and growth through other unreliable sources.
