I agree that 4rth and 7th graders are not the ideal audience. But you accused of Musharraf bringing in these trends as described in the original article of the thread. You can't say these questionaires are causing any such trends - they've been in place well before.
You have even furthered my case. The design that the government adapted did not have such questionaires. So, how is Musharraf endorsing any of this?
Has Musharraf come out and made a public statement regarding this issue on the questionaire?
Even though 90% of the schools are private (I dont know if you're right on these stats), then even THEN musharraf is not responsible. This is a move made by private schools - hence like I told irem...these changes are being generated WITHIN the people. Not from Musharraf.
Although, there is definitely the hypocrisy there. Meera gets fined for her scandal in the Indian movie. But this is allowed.
Of all the questions, there is only one that I think is highly inappropriate and that is "do you practice safe sex?"
That assumes the child is having sex, and might give impression to children that its okay to have sex before marriage, and that too at the age of 11.
