Pakistan is unique country where you see many lifestyle. Burger culture is also one of the popular trend in upper class. It is noticed that people in this class behave differently, they consider themselves western, but in reality they were neither western nor eastern but something in the middle. So I would say they are culturally confused people.
I don't think burger is a class apart, many of the burger loving are of middle class, collage students, office collegues etc, even common persons like me also enjoy them twice a month and I don't think I am a class apart in anyway:)

I think there is a difference between Indian burger lover and Pakistan's burger lover. In Pakistan, its a mentality (read as mental case mentality), whereas in India its just a dish. In Pakistan, burger are newly become wealthy people (mostly corrupt), who think that they are the chosen one.
