Bunto Kazmi's Designs

Re: Bunto Kazmi’s Designs

totally love the bride’s antique finish jewellery and her open hair, MashaAllah!

Re: Bunto Kazmi's Designs

^How much would something like that outfit be?

Re: Bunto Kazmi’s Designs

@Missyy i thot yr a bunto bride… shudnt u be knwing the prices better!!!:faizy:

Re: Bunto Kazmi’s Designs

Is it a bunto original ? there are empty spaces near the seams of the sleeves around armhole without kaam :bummer: I doubt bunto would do that !
the muqesh is only silver too while bunto does silver plus gold mix muqesh..also the kaam border on groom’s sherwani cuff is same as the bridal dupatta and as far as I know bunto doesnt do sherwanis !! excellent replica though :k:

Re: Bunto Kazmi’s Designs

I was going to say it looks pretty much like an original BUT then I saw the sherwani…proto…you should be in the CIA :cb:

Re: Bunto Kazmi's Designs

^ you are so right about the sleeves, proto! bunto's finishing is much better.

Re: Bunto Kazmi's Designs

lol :D

Re: Bunto Kazmi’s Designs

In case anyone wondering, it’s definitely the real deal

Re: Bunto Kazmi's Designs

^^timeless and elegant.

^^^^^^that's one IMPRESSIVE copy! Beautiful

Re: Bunto Kazmi’s Designs

Who made this copy?

Re: Bunto Kazmi's Designs

The above one isn't a copy, it's very obviously real.

Re: Bunto Kazmi’s Designs

haha i AM but all I know is how much my wedding dress will be! lol, after looking at that dress i’m hoping its not that light .. this cant be more than 5-6 lakhs, right?

Re: Bunto Kazmi’s Designs

aap logo ki nazroo se khuda hi bachaay…you are the real fashion police :stuck_out_tongue:

Re: Bunto Kazmi’s Designs

it might b a mrs kazmi dress n mrs kazmi also do sherwanis… bunto n mrs kazmi work is almost same just bunto cuts are better n work a lil neater…

Re: Bunto Kazmi's Designs

^agreed. it i*s* impo*s*s*ible that it might be a copy, ju*s*t look at the work!! the empty *s*pace*s might be due to a light discrepency in measurements or maybe, just maybe the bride gained a lil wieght after the order was **given and **so the joda had to be expanded.
A
s for the **sherwani , look at it carefully and u'd notice that the collar and cuffs **seem to be **stitched on, i.e they don't look like they are a part of the **sherwani **cloth, maybe they ordered only those bits* from bunto and then gave them to the sherwani-maker.....btw I LOVE this whole concept of the **subtle matching in the couple''s outfits, I hope to do **so in my wedding too *;)

Re: Bunto Kazmi's Designs

^ you could extend that to using motifs inspired by the kaam on your invites and cake too!

Re: Bunto Kazmi's Designs

a bunto inspired wedding..wouldn't that take away from the star of the show=the bride in bunto?

Re: Bunto Kazmi's Designs

^ not necessarily- its not like the invites or the cake would be bigger than the bride. it would just be attention to detail and details make the wedding, imho! :)

Re: Bunto Kazmi’s Designs

^ :cb: they don’t have to be bigger physically …I don’t know ,maybe if it’s done like a tasteful Tiffany wedding? Though I don’t know if people who wear them regularly will throw a tiffany wedding .still not sold on it.

:snooty:

Re: Bunto Kazmi's Designs

^ i didn't mean physically hahaha i meant figuratively! :p
and it wouldn't be a bunto-inspired wedding since, really, what would that be? something mughlai? but that's a whole another theme of its own. i just mean using a detail from the kaam on the jora in other elements of the wedding too, or conversely using an element from the invitation design (if its elaborate, that is) and working it into other details in the wedding.
