Yea thats what in worried about! A 5 lakhs outfit Has very light kaam on it, I've always wanted a heavy barat outfit but cannot afford for it to be more than 7 lakhs.. Im hoping its heavy enough & worth it!

Wow, I'm glad I got married when I did, back then starting was 3 lacs and my dress was pretty heavy at 450,000. Now I'd be under the starting price, and those outfits are super-light!

Lucky!! Im hoping an outfit for 7 lakhs will be heavy, I'm gonna be really disappointed if they give me a light outfit, also i hate having to wait a year to see it! Don't know why she takes this much time! When did u get married? Im sure 450,000 was a lot of money back then as well..

I just got married last year!!

Yes she does, in my time (I sound like an old lady even though it was just a year back) formals started from 80,000 and went up from there.

Oh wow how did she jump from 4.5 lakhs for a heavy bridal to 7 lakhs in one year! So unfair .. Have u put up pics of ur outfit? Id love to see.. I'm still a bit confused with how my color combination should be, want something different

Summr i dk abt her formal wear but I'm guessing it probably starts from 1 lakh now.. She also takes a year to make a jora as well..

well the thing is you place an order for your dress 1 year before you actually get it...so technically I paid her 2 years ago, so that was the price range 2 years ago.

she's an expert with color combinations, so just trust her. just choose your set first and then let her go with it.

oh yea, then that makes sense ... do you have any pics of your wedding outfit? i'd love to see! I wont be able to get my set till a month or two before my wedding, so I dont think i wil be able to do that .. i'm in the process of finalizing my order with her, i'll let you know my colors soon :)

went to a wedding this weekend, she was wearing bunto's burnt orange and red.. make up was from Ather Shahzad and guys I was shocked! dress was overwhelming gold, red and orange but wasnt bad and make up was awfully awful!! maybe she wanted that kind of look otherwise AS? she had orange gold on her eyes and lots of same stuff on lips!

totally disappointed by the look..

Woah I feel really odd reading all these comments where you all are willingly spending 7 lacs over a bridal joda :O :O cos I truly think it's overpriced, although I suppose if I calculate it in INR it would be more sasta?
