I told my Dad I wanted a bunny rabbit (like the one I had last summer) to keep until the end of this summer. He said I can either have the birds or the bunny, but I can’t have both. So then I thought about it and well Jatt and Noori (my parakeets) are kind of crazy I mean they poo all the time and I have to keep changing the newspaper and sometimes they just keep chirping even when I tell them to chup kar. :\ And also to be honest, bunny rabbits are way cuter! =]
So, I’m going to give my birdies to my sister who recently got married so she can keep them in her new apartment and I can see them all the time!
Now I have to build a bunny house before I get the bunny because my parents don’t want me to keep it in the garage because it will smell bad. So, I’ve designed a small box with an open bottom that I will keep outside next to the house for my bunny to sleep in overnight. The top of the house opens so I can easily put her in there or take her out, and I made small openings for ventilation =].
Here is a blueprint I made during Latin class. I didn’t have a ruler so the lines are a little crooked and it’s not drawn to scale.

Okay first of all, if I let them free, they would die. Why? Well this brings me to my next point: THEY ARE DOMESTICATED. They're originally from Australia. They've been brought to North America and have lived in cages from generations, so trust me, it doesn't bother them.

They are def. in my family (birds) and I used to eat their parents but since their kids are cute (until the grow old), I spare them :)
Why dont you buy a bunny hutch, you can get from as little as $90. Oh and another thing, bunnies need the light and space to roam, so if i were you i'd buy a 4ft one and a bunny run too.

My dad is an engineer and I’m an engineer-in-the-making… I think I can pull this off with a reasonable amount of ease. and this bunny house is not for the bunny to sit in all day. It’s just a place for it to sleep overnight or stay in if it’s raining. Other than that, I will let it run around free outside. It normally doesn’t travel far… usually it just hangs around the garden..
