This is what I read few days ago. Take a bottle of water and recite
11 Darood Ibrahimi
11 Surah Fatiha (Al-hamd)
41 Ayat al-Kursi
1 Surah Ya'aseen
3 Surah Al-Kafiroon
3 Surah Ikhlas
3 Surah Falak
3 Surah Naas
1 first 5 ayat of Surah Baqra
1 Surah Fatiha (Al-hamd)
after that blow slowly in to the water in that bottle and on your hands. Put a cap to the bottle and rub your hands starting from head to toe. Either drink this water or sprinkle it in your home (except toilets )
