Bumps on scalp

I used to have eczema years ago. Recently i’ve been experiencing a very heavy flow of hair loss. All of a sudden I have bumps on my scalp. Helpppppppp

Done that before but they just gave me some horrible smelling shampoo and cream. I think i'll go again but skip the shampoo and stick to only the cream.
