um its infected and your probably need antibiotics. go to a doctor or dentist.

Cancerian, I just saw this thread , KFK is right, run to the dentist as soon as possible.

When a puss filled bump happens , it usually isnt very painful, but if you waste any further time, the infection can spread to the roots of other teeth and gums and you can end up losing multiple teeth ... Yes it can get THAT bad ..

So please immediately go to the dentist and let them check how to limit the infection and treat it.
