My present job responsibilites involve frequent interaction with the operators and workers on the shopfloor.

One of these departements has 2 ladies , sisters, jamaican , LARGE ( in every sense of the word ) and absolute bullies ( in every sense of the word ) :grumpy:

I have to make them do something , which they resist with all their might , and they also have quite a imposing personality. All the other people are under their influence… they have quite a large following :mash:

They have the power to make you look stupid in no time :silly:

I am at my wits end - what to do :o

:crying: This could mean the difference between a pay raise and NO pay raise for me

I know wot u mean. African women do generally tend to have a BIG attitude problem :rolleyes:

one thing…dont let them walk all over you. if you know ur right then never give in to them. give as good as u get :slight_smile:

Just be nice to them but firm...I find if ur nice to these black/hispanic ladies (they have HUGE attitudes) then they'll be nice to you back.....r u their boss?

sighz i dunno what to tell u man .. i come down hard (in every aspect of word) at my work, when my goals and my deadlines are on the line and its OTHERS' factors that may mess me up ..
