That’s actully very common amongst the latest Western fighters - their low radar reflection design means they are aerodynamically unstable and require a computer to make thousands of small corrections every second to keep them flying straight.

The US F-22 and JSF fighters share this characteristic, as does the US B-2 Stealth bomber and F-117 stealth fighter.
