The complexity of a bug is not relative to the algorithm used in solving the problem that contains that specific bug, instead it is relative to the frequency of it’s occurrence, the bureaucracy involved in getting permission to use knowledgeable resources in tracking down the bug and the ability of QA Gurus to find another similar bug and attribute that bug to your patched solution of the initial bug and calling it a regression, consequently, causing a management havoc.

hmmm… the complexity of the bug… lets see…i think the complexity of a bug is directly proportional to the amount of code written to debug it even if u use a hack.
