You can sereve chicken that you grill or bake on wooden screwers , just serve them still on the screwers, and granish the plate so it looks nice.
OK this is made up of the regular stuff we have at home.
CHICKEN CUT INTO SMALL CUBES (BONELESS)
YOGURT
SPICES
LEMON
CAPSICUM
ONION
TOMATOS ALL CUT INTO CUBES
U get yogurt and add all yr reg. spices namak, mirch,and soya sauce and agi-no-moto(optional).then soak yr chicken boneless bits into it(believe ne it does'nt take as muck chicken as u might think)leave 2 marinate...anyway,in the mean time grab some wooden/metal skewars and thread on one piece of capsicum, then onion, then tomato ,then chicken REPEAT
and then repeat on all skewers grill/fry in small quantity of oil and squeeze lemon onto it.
Finally(and this is the important bit!) take 5 minutes to think of an exotic nake to give this dish like, zesty chicken Kebabs!!!! or rainbow delight!! and serve after rubbing some of the marinate on yr forehead (to make it look like you've been working hard) WHICH U AINT!!!!!!
