I am searching for a buffet server dish/hot plate with 3 or 4 portions that while serving dinner keep food warm. Any experience or idea about which company would be best for this product?

I have seen these at few friends’ homes and found that they were a lil small always.It was hard to mix up the food in them to heat them properly and there were always spills when taking out the food.But if you just need them for smaller portions they might work.
I have seen these and they seem to work better.If I ever have to buy sth,I’ll most probably get something like this…

Check out Target shopping stores, they definately have them.

I got 2 of these from Canadian Tire in Canada! You can go check online and order as well!! They are very useful, once you cook and put food in these you don't have to worry about food being cold and warmed up.You can also remove these dishes and use it as a big warming tray and put other Pyrex dishes on it! One of my best purchases,actually my hubby's coz he insisted we buy it :)
