I have this weird Buffalo Hump at the back of my neck. I used to be very skinny but gained a lot of weight in a year following my foot fracture which caused me getting fat from all the places. Arms, buttocks, stomach etc. I am on the weight loss journey now, I want to know if anyone had it and gone after losing weight. What sort of exercises did you perform? I am trying to loose overall body fat, not targeting an area but just want to know if there are any exercises that are more effective than the other.
Please help me out!
