Do we have a concept of budruhs in islam?
Re: Budruh
I guess so...
Re: Budruh
^any ref?
Re: Budruh
From what I have gathered from elders and all, they do believe in their existence. I myself have gone through terrible experiences of souls. So I do believe in them. Not sure about religion though.
Re: Budruh
Sahir lodhi?
Re: Budruh
There is no concept of anybody coming back to this world after they have died. As per Islam all souls go to another dimension after death. The dead will wake up from death only on the judgement day , not before that day.
The only reference in Quran is someone going under the trance of Shaitan. Even there is no reference of someone going under the control of Jins. On the other hand Jins were controlled by Hazrat Suleman (AS).
Re: Budruh
^exactly.....I always think about this query and then i think how can a bad person who is dead and now punished by Allah can dare to do more evil? Then what is the point of azaab.......:(
Re: Budruh
Sahir lodhi?
Yes, Sahir Lodhi is a budruh.
Mirch,
What about the dua we read before entering toilet? It says protection from evil spirits, no?
Re: Budruh
Allahumma inni aeozubika minul khubthi wal khabaith
Re: Budruh
^yeah. hat does khbaith mean?
Re: Budruh
Thats for jinnat and shayaatin.............
Re: Budruh
^yeah. hat does khbaith mean?
Khabees = Evil
Re: Budruh
It does not refer to evil spirits , it refers to all evils.
Here is the right translation :
(In the name of Allaah). O Allaah, I take refuge with you from all evil and evil-doers.’
The Arabic words Khaba-iss and Khabs , does not necessarily mean evil spirits.
Re: Budruh
^alright…thanks. :k:
Re: Budruh
Peace,
I think Budruh actually refters to shiyateen i.e. non muslim male and female Jins and of'coz the sehar (magic) do exist.
