brunch prep ahead of time...suggestions and help

I am making the following

chole
aalo
buna hoa qeema
chicken karhai
halwa
poori

I am planning to make poori aata, halwa, chole, bhona hoa qeema, chicken karhai at night. Is making chicken karhai at night a good idea? ?
I will make aalo in the morning and will fry poori when guests arrive. Acha plan hai? ?

Start heating the oil as soon as you spot guests arriving. Would take them circa 3 minutes to enter the house. That will give the oil plenty of time to heat up to proper temperature.

thanks for the suggestions, everything was going well BUT we had to cancel this morning because my son developed fever and rash on his chest and tummy last night :frowning: so no brunch guests, but these guys live 5 mins from our place so I made everything as planned and took the food over(before taking my son to the clinic) oh well another time now, but it was a good experience usually i cook everything the same day, this was the first time I made majority stuff night before.
