Today I was having my facial done, by yours truly.
Yours truly got a little jazbaati on extracting blackheads on her nose.
Yours truly is now left with a bruised nose. Yes, there are actually bruises on my nose! 
So how do I get rid of them, anything I can put on them? Or do I have to wait for them to dissappear by themselves?

they are just tiny blood vessels
load up on vit c
cold water/ice helps
dont ever apply heat it causes more swelling.
generally they take their time, but this may help them disappear faster.
just remember to start taking zinc and vit c a week before your next facial.
arnica gel is great too (post facial)

awww… They have tips here. I’ve tried icing, helps a bit but I usually let them heal on their own (takes 2-5 days, depending on how bad they are)

Ice pack on your nose.. If you dont have ice pack.. Then B&J will do wonders too..;) Like chanda_kh said.. avoid heat.. keep it cool..:)

Thank you girls! I icepacked my nose for about 10-15 minutes.
I'll just let it be right now, and start in the morning again. Insha'Allah by tomorrow night they'll be gone..!

Oh my god...I did that once... including the chin which left me with a mark right under my lower lip (went away eventually). I know exactly what you are talking about.
