On a locked down Windows PC? No browser in sight? Try calculator.

Launch calc.exe, click Tools, Help Topics.
Right-click the title bar and click Jump To URL.
Enter in your favorite site and away you go.

How would you lauch calc.exe on a locked down PC ?

This is just a hack, it actually launches IE, so if IE is blocked it might not work. But I don't have a locked PC to test it out (or the time) so just posted it without testing. :)
On my PC it works.

this works in most help menus in windows not just calc ,no?
