Re: Brownies
oh u can alway search the internet ![]()
lekin here’s something that I tried yesterda, which was actually a cupcake recipe
but I added coco pwd. and they turned out pretty good.
120 gms butter
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 milk + 2 tbsp if the mixture is too thick
preheat oven to 180 degrees Celcius
cream the butter, sugar and eggs together in a bowl
add sifted flour and cocoa pwder and milk
stir well
instead of filling the cup cake moulds i used the square cake tin, topped the mixture with chopped almonds and baked for 30 min.. then using a knife cut the cake into equal squares
Try kar lo, agar achay na banay to mera zimma koi nahin :halo:
But they tasted good!
Re: Brownies
i've tried the cake-in-the-cup version of microwave choc cake. quite moist and less-spongey, tastes more like brownies to me. give it a try, its just a cup afterall :D
4 level tbsp of cake flour
1/4 tsp of baking powder
2 level tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbsp castor sugar
1 egg
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
Sift the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder and put aside in a medium size coffee mug.
Add in sugar and mix till well combined.
Add in egg, milk, oil and vanilla extract.
Stir together till smooth.
Put in microwave and cook on high power of 1000watt for 3mins.

Re: Brownies

Re: Brownies

I buy the Ghirardelli triple chocolate brownie mix in big boxes from Costco, and oh, my, my, how yuuuuuummmmmyyyy. Their mix makes really super dense, fudgy brownies which is just my thing.![]()
Re: Brownies
I've tried brownie mix boxes from Hersey's, Nestle, and Duncan Hines.........but my FAVORITE is Ghirardelli's Double Chocolate brownie mix, which costs the same as the other mixes......but so much more better and richer and decadent. It's become the new favorite in my family.
Re: Brownies
if you are looking for rich and really dense chocolate brownies, I guess u might want to try this recipe. Its so easy and so rich in taste… I cant stop myself from eating it topped with cream and strawberries… :yummy:
