i wanna buy Brown eye liner, plz sugest me for wchich company shud i go, also keep in mind that i m in karachi, suggest the one that wud be asily available here, the one that can be easily applicable on water line,

do you need the liquid eyeliner or the pencil? I got Rimmel's brown liquid eyeliner ...
And loreal's brown pencil... they are both quite helpful I put the liquid liner on the top lash .. and use the pencil to line the bottom one ..

If you want a gel liner try Clinique’s liner. I’m aware that Islamabad has Clinique so Karachi must have it too?
