Why on earth would someone ask their sisters to go find a guy for themselves? 
They are (ideally) sensible mature individuals capable of making their own decisions. If they want to find someone, they will. If they dont, they wont. If they like someone or are involved with someone, just like I could be involved with a girl, they have every right to move ahead in the proper way.
I find this question rather silly.
