My mum chose for my bro - my bro was happy with whatever. I found out jab baat ho rahi thi and I didn’t have any aitraaz… not sure how much effect it would’ve had if I did lol

PCG - ask the same question but genders reversed: how many brothers were involved in the rishta process for their sisters? Cus my brothers… even including brother-in-law, were all heavily involved in ‘screening’ lol

It may be double standards–but I think that’s cute when brothers are protective of their sisters and get involved in the process.
Not so much when its the other way around.
