I was watching TV the other day, and this dude (some basketball player) was talking about how he’s had his nose broken twice.. ‘ouch’ is what came to mind! But I was just wondering what happens if one doesn’t get his/her nose fixed and leaves it the way it is.. with a bump (like Owen Wilson from ‘Behind Enemy Lines’ - I’m not sure if his is broken or not, but you get the picture!

U know… wat will happen… The person will loose the Sense of " SMELLING SOMETHING FISHY"
i had mine broken 2ice ..1st time thay had no probs fixing it but 2nd time it was ruther painful all the cotton stuck in nose and all that a huge bandage covering it ...thay operated it too ...but mann it looks good as new....

i had my nose broken twice… once on my 10th bday and the second time on my 19th 
went 2 the doc… she said it’ll get better by itself.. so i jus left it
Had my nose broken twice also, both from sporting incidents. After the second time, I got it repaired, and now it's fine :)
gosh, you are a clumsy bunch....how do you manage to break your nose not once but twice? Is it as painful as they say?

Yes, and what's even more painful (pshycologically) is not being able to breath from your nose for 2 weeks.
ufffff not being able to breath, I would die, I go nuts when I get a stuffy nose
hmph well i dono if mine wuz broken cuz i neva went to da doctors..buh when i wuz in pak me n ma cousins used to play dis game n i'd alwayzzzzzz run into ppl comin frm da opposite n their head o sumfin wuld alwayz bump into ma nose n i'd have a bloody nose everytime..n i think dat wulda been more den 10 timez.....buh like i said i neva went to da doctors buh i'd say it's a bit crukid n bony buh hurts like hell sumtimez when ma lil sis smacks me on da face accidently :(
Yeah, am not sure if it's a big deal over time..but it could be pain in the nose (literally) if you have any sort of allergies; multiple injuries usually aggravates your nasal problems coupled with allergies. I have broken my nose on three different occasions playing hockey, and other sports, and had couple of surgeries. I think I still need a laser one to remove extra cartilage growth, that causes congestion at times. But, overall it?s something you get used to over time.
