I think by the age of 25 it breaks atleast once… sad but true…

this “Broken Heart” thing mostly exists in this new age - where the mingling of the sexs takes place. I highly doubt that it took place back in the old old days (or if it did - the percentage would have been very minute)

thru all of time hearts have been broken for one reason or another
i kno mine has almost come close
and it may happen again but u can never stop it happening unless u dont get into the situation in the 1st place

I dont think its real. Granted I will probably be proved wrong or whatever, lakin I dont think a "broken heart" is too serious an ailment, we suffer worse tradgedies when our parents pass away. Anything other than that is just a bruise.

I dont think a broken heart refers just to romantic relationships.. broken hearts can be applied to family members/freinds as well..

i don't agree with that. you're sorta making it sound like as if you've ever had a broken heart..well it's because you've been mingling. and i think broken hearts and have happened in earlier times too...only our parents and grandparents were really good at keeping them a secret.
these days people, especially in our culture, are more willing to talk about what they've gone through in life, and who they liked..and didn't like. you don't necessarily have to date someone for them to break your heart.
