What’s more the baby-faced boy will now take DNA tests to prove he is the real father of Maisie. Two other teenagers aged 14 and 16 have both since challenged Alfie’s fatherhood claims saying they had slept with Chantelle 15 with her parents’ consent.

This case highlights the complete collapse in some parts of western society of any sense of what is right and wrong. The families of both teenage parents have been accused of trying to cash in on the story.
Now some of you might say this is nothing new or unusual but 13 even by their ever declining moral standards is pretty shocking IMO. What does a 13 year old really know about life, relationships etc. ?
Wow, all this while I was ignoring this news thinking this isn’t the first time a teen has become a father, until I saw the kid… He doesn’t even look like a teenager. More like a tweenager.

And now the parents are looking forward to the fat cheques they are going to get from all the documentaries, photoshoots, publicity etc... makes me sick .
It's a never ending cycle: the parents have a bunch of kids when they are young, live in a council house and live on government benefits... the children have kids when they are young, obtain a council house and live on benefits.... and so on and so forth...

Certainly not at 5. Maybe 10 and beyond if you are really itching to teach kids about sex.
Just take a look at baby-faced Alfie who is supposedly 13. He does n't even look 8!!
Looking at the whole thing even from their perspective, while many girls are mature at 16 (the 'legal' age for 'you know what' in Britain), I am not sure most boys are....
I think her point is education or no education, 5 year-old kids should not be thinking about sex at their age and teaching them about an adult topic (in such graphic detail as I believe some do) at such a young age is only going to screw up their innocent minds, distract them unnecessarily etc.
It should not be like it is in Pakistan either where there is no education at all. One consequence of which is boys learn all the bad things in hostel life because of frustration or whatever. The balance lies somewhere between the two.
