Oh my Hong Kong friend made this really yummy broccolli and corn soup.
Its nice with pasta, or mix some steamed pieces in a cheese sauce and have that with plain pasta or grilled chicken.
Maybe you could experiment with some kind of brocolli pakoras?
I usually steam the broc. first then heat maybe half a teaspoon of olive oil and add salt and pepper to it... then swish the broc in the oil.
Yummy.
Hollandaise sauce (ala Chicken Divan) goes well with broccoli.
