Sara: you can buy the garlic sauce from any oriental store. I think regular supermarket also carry them. I love shrimp and veggies in garlic sauce with brown rice.

2 tbsp peanut/vegetable oil
2 tbsp garlic paste
a little ginger
half cup veggie or chicken stock
and cornflour to thicken (if u want)
heat oil...add garlic n ginger. fry for a minute, add stock,simmer. add cornflour if u want it thicker.oh yeah u can also add soy sauce while cooking. i dunno how much. use your imagination.

Sara can u tell me how u make this brocli with garlic sauce as i also like brocli so much as its very good for women,s health specialy prevent the causes of breast cancer,
if any one makes brocli soup i need it tested recipe too.
