Well you can rely on ARY only in case of: Intl. cricket played is IN Pakistan and those Series/Tournements/Triseries which take place almost every year like Sharjah cup, Morroco Cup and Test+ODI Series according to ICC 10 year program IN PAKISTAN …
About Series outside Pakistan the PCB has almost no controle over the telecasting since it’s the Homeboard which is doing the marketing of the rights …
Pakistan & SL has sold it’s home series rigths to Ten Sports, ENG has sold the rights to SKY UK (with home Tests bradcasted by Channel 4), AUS to sold the home rights to Channel 9 and abroad series are mostly on FoxTel, India has sold abroad rights ESPN/Star Sports and i think the hom rights are with DD or Sony, WI has sold it rights home & abroad to FOX … that’s the latest to my knowledge
PAKISTAN vs. INDIA will be telecasted by Ten Sports in Asia (i think in Middle East & Europe it’ll be ARY as in the past) … in UK maybe Sony or Zee
Setanta sports is free to air and you can watch the match on channel 436 on sky.

i think it's in a package if u subscribe Sky Sports ..... otherwise i don't see any signs of it being FREE TO AIR because it has always been encryted in Videoguard (maybe open-Videoguard like channel 4 & 5 or ARY in the morning from 7:30 - 9:00 GMT) ...... this would mean u till need a Videoguard receiver + a channel 4 & 5 card to watch it but i rather it's in the package if u've Sky Sports

i phoned setanta sports 2 yesterday and they said the kiwi V pak series is £19.99 but if one only wants to watch the odi series then thats £12.99 i think its a very decent offer very cheap.
