well i wanted to know that there are a lot of british slimming centers in pakistan, who claim that by following their diet, you can lose a lot of weight… they give u some shakes and a diet plan… has anyone ever followed them? do they work? any side effects?

you will loose weight definitely because they will give you diarrheals and diuretics

My one the czn who was 90kg tried this!
n that really work…per month she loose 10kg -
well that definitely work , but only when u control on your diet…
well , one more thing , she got the throat problem between that course becz of shake flavor.
