and if sharia law does start creeping into main stream law, i can guarantee you it will expose how its a male dominant system where 2 female witness accounts are equal to 1 mans account.
no1 will deny that western legal system has its faults, but c'mon, do you really want to live under a sharia law system?

^^ only applies to marriage and financial contracts, not punishments for theft or anything like that.

ok, whats the current legal system in the UK for marriage contracts. say husband and wife are married and they owned 1 house 2 cars. when they get a divorce is it 50/50? everything is under husbands name.
