I whole heartedly agree with you, Rukhsana. I was thinking the same. I mean it is a discussion board so bringing out the old topics which were discussed in the past is not a bad idea. I mean this way new members also get a chance to know what was discussed in the past when they were not around and it is fun. Instead of starting a new thread about some old topic one wants to comment on, there is nothing wrong in commenting in the same thread. I think mods lock it cz for them it will be boring
If it's a worthwhile discussion then fine, but if someone brings up a thread from 1998 contemplating life, and the reply is "I agree", then its quite pointless.
Old threads can be searched and read by guppies and thats why they are archived and kept. I agree with cat woman, there is no point in reviving a thread unless it is relevant to something you want to discuss.
